Here is how to make an arduino available over the network using an Ubiquiti ministation.

Hook up your arduino on RX, TX and Ground

Pin 1,2 3V3
Pin 3 Rx
Pin 7 Tx
Pin 5, 9,10 GND

Pin 1 is marked with a white dot.

Note: Put 1K resistors inline on TX and RX

Then make the poststart script executable:

You broke something.

if you want to reset your radio,
follow these steps exactly:

1. disconnect the PC and network
2. power up the radio; wait 30sec. or more
3. hold reset button down for about 10sec, until the
signal level lights start flashing back and forth
4. release reset button; wait 10sec. or more
5. power down the radio for 10sec. or more
6. power up the radio; wait 30sec. or more
7. reconnect the PC
